Because many of our items are cut just for you or are one-of-a-kind, our return policy is a little different from big box stores.

Fabric

All cut fabric is lovingly prepared just for you and is final sale.

If something arrives defective or we made a cutting mistake, we’ll absolutely make it right.

Patterns, Books & Digital Items

Due to copyright protections, these items are non-returnable.

Precuts, Notions & Uncut Yardage

Unused and unopened items may be returned within 14 days of purchase with receipt.

Returns may be offered as:

• Exchange
• Store Credit
• Refund (shop discretion)

Classes & Workshops

Class spots are limited and prepared in advance.

• Cancellations made 7+ days prior receive store credit
• Less than 7 days are non-refundable

Sale Items

Clearance and sale items are final sale.

Special Orders

Custom cuts, special orders, and personalized items are non-returnable.
