Morning Dew Sampler

Teal – turquoise – aqua, whatever you want to call this color, it’s my favorite!

The very first block I did for this quilt was the double wedding ring center block, as a sample block, before I tackled a whole DWR quilt. Once I had that done, I started playing with creating some other blocks, in styles I hadn’t done before.

Of course, quilt blocks are kind of like Pringles, once you start you can’t stop with just one.

Is it perfect, no, but it’s a great reminder of falling back in love with something I had set aside for a long time.

The fabrics were all mix’n’match from my stash, with the exception of the sashing and border which I added later.
