Miss Foxy

Creativity comes in all sorts of ways – and sometimes you just need to do something different and challenging to keep the spark.

Althought not technically a quilt, it was a fun scrappy project that challenged my mind and kept me above water this winter.

It was a lot of fun picking from my scraps pieces that would coordinate and turn Miss Foxy into our cozy little quilt shop mascot.

I cannot recommend the particular pattern I used at this time due to the issues that I found with it – missing parts, incomplete instruction and a few other things. I will attempt to do another project like this or even a differnt pattern all together.

I did learn a few things and used some of the sewing skills I don’t typically get to use. Having experience with clothing pattern helped me not get too frustrated and just want to throw in the towel.
